Electronic resources are available in the network of University of Helsinki or through remote access. Accessing the electronic resources from outside the library locations via a remote connection requires a University user account.

Articles and Journals includes a selective list (and easy access) to the most important African studies journals, feeds from some of them (forthcoming), together with links to some other selected journals and collections of digitalized newspapers.
Books includes links to African studies reference books, selections of new books (both electronic and printed), some e-book collections and information about collections in print.
Databases include journal and e-book databases with material on African studies.
